Welcome to Back to the Bible
If your sound is on, you are listening to Amilcare Ponchielli’s “Dance of the Hours” from the Opera, “La Gioconda,” which is the alternate title of the enigmatic painting, “The Mona Lisa.” I chose this background music to emphasize the enigmatic quagmire we can fall into when we have no standard upon which to measure our beliefs.
This site is about the WORD OF GOD. If you think that means the Bible, then you are incorrect, however, since it is the Bible, the written Word of God, that must be used to keep us straight concerning our understanding of the Living Word of God, then the Bible must be our standard by which we measure all other knowledge concerning the The Living Word of God.
This site is chatagorized into five sections. These section can be seen in the picutre links below. The five sections are not physically divided, as all, except the Back to the Bible Blog Spot, are linked together by navigation bars at the left hand side of the pages. The Back to the Bible Blog Spot is a sub domain of Back to the Bible. If you go to the blog, you can only return here by using your browser back arrow button. There is not a lot of eye candy on this site; it is intended to inspire serious study.
