If you have your sound on the song you are hearing is “Whispering Hope”

If you are not familiar with Roy Beck and his gumball video on Illegal Immigration vs population growth, I urge you to watch it as soon as you have time because you will not understand the degree of the danger that the world is facing, and to which I am speaking, until you understand the problems that Mr. Beck has outlined in his video on immigration, especially the part where he shows us that we have to help impoverished people where they are, instead of trying to be the safety net for the world. (Click here to watch the video.) The problems that we as Americans have is not only how to fulfill our destiny, but how to do it as a Christian Nation while providing Christian Charity to the rest of the world. Therefore, there are many things that we must begin undoing, and many others that we must begin doing in order complete our mission.

The population of earth is doubling roughly every forty to fifty years despite all of the factors such as poverty, famine, disease, and war that have a negative impact on population growth. The population of earth in February 2007 was over 6,600,000,000 people. At that time the United States population represented roughly 4.5% of that number. And yet I believe God has ordained America to be in the vanguard for spreading the Mos Maiorum of Christian Democracy and Capitalism over the earth, for that is the only way that the problems of too many people, with too little resources, and too little discipline are going to be solved in a world gone mad. God has blessed America to that purpose. So what must we do in order to accomplish the daunting tasks that God has given us?

The answers to the question of What Must We Do to complete our Mission can be categorized within the three cultural forces we discussed in the Mos Maiorum section. We have problems within the religious, political, and economic forces of our culture that must be solved before they overwhelm us, and we perish. Do not think that God is dependent upon America to accomplish his purpose in the earth. God has ordained America to a mission in the earth, but if America does not take up the mantle to accomplish this mission, God will destroy her just as he did Israel, and raise up another people to accomplish that task. Whatever else happens, the Gospel must be proclaimed in all nations before the return of the Lord Jesus Christ. I simply hope and pray that it will be through the obedience of America to the Gospel.

But before that can happen two things must happen in America. We must rediscover the faith of our founding fathers that made us the greatest, most prosperous, most courageous, most powerful, and the most dependable and responsible nation the earth has ever known. If we fail in this first step, nothing else we do can save us. We must once again win the American Culture for Christ. And we must come to the permanent belief that this battle must be fought and won for each successive generation. Democracy only works from within the Mos Maiorum of Christianity. If we do not return to Jesus Christ as the Head of our nation, Democracy will crumble into the hands of a military tyranny in control of the political, economic, and religious forces in the nation. If we do not voluntarily subject our conduct to the principles of Christianity, God will either allow foreign heathens to conquer, and enslave us, or, He could destroy us as an economic power simply by instilling in the American people and her debtors a lack of faith in the Fiat Dollar we have guaranteed to the world as viable currency. Our stock markets could collapse, our debt could be recalled and overnight we could become a third world country. Or, He could simply destroy us in a series of catastrophic, natural disasters such as man has never before witnessed. But if we return to Jesus Christ as a nation there are somethings that we can do that help us ensure that we never again take the road to destruction upon which we now travel.

The problem we have to solve in America is how to return to Jesus Christ as a nation and still allow people the freedom to accept or reject the Gospel. That is the single most characteristic between the kind of nation I am describing herein and the kind of Nation which Jesus will establish and rule over in the Millenium. During the Millenium, choosing to reject Jesus will result in instant death rather than deferred death in the Last Judgment. Today the church is trying to accomplish this purpose through federal legislation that will limit the people’s choices. This will never work satisfactorily as can be seen in the history of why this nation was founded in the first place. The only change which must be made in American Culture today is to stop the insanity of demonically inspired judges who have completely negated The First Amendment to the Constitution. The church must be freed to proclaim the Gospel in every arena of American life as well as to have to listen to the objections of those who oppose it, or face destruction at the hand of a Terribly Angry God.

In June of 1963 with The U. S. Supreme Court voting 8 to 1 that the reading of the Bible and expression of a prayer in a public school constituted a breach in the Constitutional requirement for Separation of Church and State, the Judicial Branch of the United States Government began its quest to cease control of the Federal Government from the people and establish law by judicial ruling, usurping the power that the American Electorate held over its government.  This case was manufactured not from Constitutional Law, but from out of thin air based upon the personal opinions of the judges. There is no part of the United States Constitution that even mentions a “Separation of Church and State.” That is such an important statement that it must be repeated: There is no part of the United States Constitution that even mentions a “Separation of Church and State.” The notion is manufactured into Constitutional Law from a letter Thomas Jefferson wrote to a friend of his in which he said he intended to place “wall of separation between the church and the state” by the first Amendment. But we need to understand that is not the wording that appears in the First Amendment, and that is not the wording that was ratified by the governments of the State Houses when the Constitution was approved. Anything that Thomas Jefferson may have written in a letter to a friend is entirely irrelevant to the Constitution because the letter is not what was ratified by the States. What was ratified by the States, and what must be binding upon our appointed judges, is the words that were voted upon by the representatives of the American people at that time. If they want those words changed to mean something else, Supreme Court Justices must be made to propose a Constitutional Amendment just like anyone else who does not agree with the wording of some part of document.

Judges who support this demonic agenda that restricts the freedom of speech and religion of Christians while expanding those same freedoms for secularists must be impeached and tried for treason. Until constitutional amendments can be enacted that place all federal and state judges under the power of the electorate, we need to instruct our elected officials to refuse to enforce judicial rulings that are the result of a judge’s private interpretations. But we must eventually bring the offices of judges who are now appointed by politicians under the power of the electorate. It simply is too important an office to entrust it to human beings who do not have to answer to the the people.

What Must We Do About our Schools?

We must free our schools from the tyranny of the Teacher’s Unions and all others who support their own political agenda. All federal money for education must either be eliminated or placed under the control of parents/guardians/caregivers who actually have students attending schools. Vouchers will accomplish this purpose quickly and easily. Education must be separated out from the Department of Health, Education, and Welfare and that cabinet post eliminated. A constitutional amendment must be adopted to provide for two representatives from each state to serve on a national board of education. These representatives would be elected in the same fashion as the senators from each state, but their terms would last only two years. The practice of tenure must be eliminated from schools that receive any form of public money whether it is from state, federal, or local sources. Control of the schools, including the hiring and firing of teachers, must be placed in the hands of the parents and guardians of school children. Local and state school board elections must be held separately from other elections, and only parents and guardians of school children should be allowed to vote in those elections. No teacher who does not have a child enrolled in school should be allowed to vote in these elections. Those who are paying the bills must be empowered to decide what their children should be taught. The only way to accomplish this fairly, and still allow only those with children in school to control the schools where their children attend, is to allow those who do not have children in school to direct their school taxes to what ever school they wish to support, whether public, private, or home.

We must make children accountable to their parents or guardians for attendance at school until they either graduate from the twelfth grade or turn nineteen years of age. The parents of habitually truant children should have their vouchers suspended until the problem is corrected. When children graduate from the 12th grade, or turn twenty, they should be given a choice of going into the military to serve their country for a minimum of three years and remain in the reserves, either active or inactive by their choice, until the age of 39 years. The states’ National Guards should be made up from these reservists and placed under the complete command of the Governors and legislatures of the states.  No person should be eligible for college until they have completed three years of military service or have opted out of such service. They may choose to opt out of this military service at the expense of being disqualified from ever serving on a jury or holding any office or position that is funded wholly or in part by public money from any level of government. Children who drop out of school for any reason other than because they must support their families must be made accountable for the money wasted upon them for their education, and they should be required to either enroll in night classes or pay that money back into the educational system. Children who have to suspend their education because their families’ need their support financially must be assisted by the Government both to support their families and continue their education at home or at night, etc. Achieving a minimum of a twelfth grade education must become a habit in the minds of all Americans. The level of a twelfth grade education must become at least the equivalent of that achieved at the eighth grade level in the common school era at the beginning of the twentieth century.

The John Dewey system of progressive education must be abandoned. Our schools must be salvaged from the Pits of Hell to which they have sunk since the public school system replaced the common school system. The common school system made us the greatest nation on earth, and its rudimentary principles are still apparent in classrooms where teachers are actually trying to educate children in things that are important to their personal survival and that of their nation. I have read an eighth grade reader from the common school era. I dare say that most college seniors could not read it today, or pass a test on the subject matter it contained. Such was the level of education received by students in the common school era.

During the common school era, students who finished the eighth grade were knowledgeable in elementary physics, geometry, and algebra. They were literate in Classical Literature, the Bible, American History, World History, and they would have had enough proficiency in English to diagram this sentence I have just written. During the common school era, students could tell you about such literary figures as Hector, Ajax, Paris, and Achilles, and they could tell you why such Literature was significant to the American Culture. They could recognize and quote from sources such as Jesus Christ, Washington, Jefferson, Hamilton, Seneca, Shakespeare, Browning, and the like, and explain why their ideas were important for Democracy.

Schools that wish to teach the religious tenets of Secular Progressivism should certainly be free to do so, but they should be entirely funded by vouchers from parents and guardians of students who want their charges to be educated in such things. All schools, including these, should be allowed to receive additional contributions from sources outside the school district. The school taxes of those individuals who agree with any particular curriculum and agenda should be directed to such schools as the taxpayer chooses. We must recognize the truth that there is no such thing as education that is not religious in nature. There are simply too many things in any educational paradigm that must be accepted on faith. Students or parents who do not have the same paradigm as the teachers in one school should be free to find or start another. We just do not have the time in one lifetime to reinvent the wheel for every generation. But at the same time, every thing taught which has to be taken in faith should be explained in that fashion, i. e. that it is an article of faith which should be examined in the context of all that is provable or demonstrable. Schools should explain up front and openly from which paradigm they teach, whether it is from the secular humanist paradigm, or from the Judeo-Christian, or from some other. We need to recognize that, which ever they teach, they are still teaching religion. Education is telling children what they ought to believe for their own good and for the good of the culture. The purpose of education is to develop a population that supports a particular kind of culture. Parents ought to have the right to decide the kind of culture in which they want their children indoctrinated.

Any school that receives public money from either Federal, State, or local taxation must immediately begin required to teach both Evolution, which is the foundational religious tenet of Secular Humanism Faith, and Creationism, which is the foundational religious tenet of the Judeo/Christian Faith. In all Science Courses and in any other subject upon which the topic of Origins appears or is touched upon in support of either Faith, the arguments for the other side must be presented.  I highly recommend Dr, Henry Morris’ book, Scientific Creationism as a guide for such curricula.

What Must We Do About Our Churches?

We must return to the Bible as our Standard for teaching and perpetuating the Gospel for every generation. Churches and denominations have no more right to private interpretations of Scripture than judges have to private interpretations of the Constitution. Just as the Constitution says what it means and means what it says, so does the Word of God. Is God so impotent or stupid that He needs help from man to clarify his meaning? Americans must abandon those teachers who are not disciplining believers, but are merely preaching to their itching ears. Christians must demand shepherds who will lead the flock into good pastures even when the journey hurts the feet at times. For the rest of what is needed in the church, see the Bible Studies Section.

What Must We Do Politically?

We must reform our electoral process to eliminate the power of political parties, political action committees, and lobbies to influence elections. We must make it illegal for Candidates to receive money or political support from any person or organization not eligible to vote for them. Campaign organizations must be made up of workers who are eligible to vote in the precincts where they are working. We must place all individuals who wish to run for any office. except School Boards, on the same ballot at the same time and place, and let the people decide who they want as their candidates for every office, including the aforementioned new ones of National School Board Members, and Judges at all levels of government. We must back off from the political and economic insanity of universal suffrage and recapture the principle that those who pay the bills should be the ones deciding how the money is spent and what should get done. The church must teach Americans that the primary religious purpose to which they have been born is to serve the Lord Jesus Christ, and that such service involves working within all cultural forces to proclaim the Gospel while, at the same time, advancing the culture that God has chosen to solve the problems of world poverty, hunger, disease, and oppression.

What Must We Do About the Judiciary?

As mentioned previously, we must change the constitution to bring the federal judiciary under the will of the electorate. I used to believe like the founding fathers that this was the worst possible thing that could happen to the Judiciary. But history has shown us that no one can be entrusted with the sacred commission of justice who does not know and believe that Almighty God is going to hold them accountable for their judgments upon their fellowman. As long as judges are not held accountable to the people of America, they will not believe themselves to be accountable to anyone except themselves. At least by placing the judiciary under the power of the electorate the responsibility for their judgments will fall upon the people. That way if we fail in our destiny to achieve that which God has ordained us to accomplish, our judgment will fall upon us, the people, who will be solely responsible for our choices.

We must eliminate Lifetime service of such judges and reelect them every four years. We must require a mandatory trial of impeachment for treason for any judge who ever again attempts to “make law” from the bench. Juries must be instructed in their constitutional powers to determine guilt or innocence by the Spirit of the Law. We must stop this insanity of the judiciary who refuse to prosecute cases because the laws are too general or too local. If the people within any jurisdiction say something is illegal, then they should have the right to try people who come into their jurisdiction and break their laws. We must eradicate all case law from the system -- if no law enacted by a duly elected legislative body exists under which a perceived crime can be prosecuted, then that case must be remanded to the legislature of the state in which the alleged crime took place to decide if such law should be enacted, but the defendant in such cases must be freed from prosecution and returned to his culture where it will be decided by the citizens if he is worthy of their fellowship.

The intent of the Constitution is plain: Any power not specifically given to government by the people is retained by the peopleJudges who make law from the bench are guilty of treason and their prosecution must be demanded by the people even at the threat of arms. The First and The Second Amendment was put in place to ensure the people held power over their government and the required means to enforce those powers which they retained by not specifically delegating those powers to the government. Do not be mistaken, anyone who is afraid to exercise his rights under the Second Amendment stands forever in jeopardy of losing his rights under the First. It is pretty clear from any sane reading of the Second Amendment that citizens soldiers were supposed to be the norm in this nation versus state controlled National Guards and Standing Armies. There seems to be nothing prohibiting the use of the National Guard, and, as I have outlined previously in this article, I advocate a much larger National Guard, but the constitution requires that the arms that those soldiers bear must be under their own control.

We must enact legislation in every state that makes betrayal of the public trust a crime on the order of murder. There is no more serious offense in a democracy than that of a public official who betrays the trust the people have placed in them. The standards of conduct for all positions paid for by public money must be enforced to a higher standard than that of normal citizenship, and when a person uses such an office or position to serve himself rather than the public, they must be held accountable by that standard. Public Servants must be shown that a servant is a subject not a king.

We must change the Constitution to make Senate terms four years. We must enact term limits for all legislators. If a particular legislator wanted to serve past his term limit he could do so only if he garnered 2/3 of the vote of his district. If that happened his term limitation would be reset as if he had just been elected. We need to eliminate Committees and Chairmanships in both houses. They are unconstitutional. The Constitution never allowed for some particular legislator to to wield more power than his peers over the affairs of the Legislature. It is certain that it is unconstitutional for a member of the the House or Senate from a single state or district to have the influence of a Nationally elected office. This tyranny must stop.

We must eliminate the Adversarial System in our courts in which the outcome of trials is invariably dependent upon the relative skill of opposing lawyers. Such trials are not even as good at discovering the truth as mortal combat between champions did in Chivalrous times. At least people could hope and pray that God was on the side of truth back then, and that the side of truth would win the battle. I would prefer that system to what we have today where money buys the outcome more often than not. In place of the Adversarial System I propose an inquisition style for trials where a tribunal and a jury of peers can question witnesses. Do not be put off by the term inquisition because of the connotations of the Spanish Inquisition. An Inquisition style of trial has been employed in the courts of European Nations for many centuries. Inquisitions can indeed by tyrannical, but if they were to place the power of the jury over every part of a trial they will be much better at reaching the truth than our system where judges and lawyer tell juries what they must or must not hear and believe. In the system I am proposing, the tribunal would be limited to questioning witnesses and instructing defendants of their rights and witnesses of their responsibilities. Jurors must be placed in charge of the trial, and they must be free to dispense justice as they believe best by the circumstances of the case. They must also be free to ask any questions for which they wanted answers of anyone involved in the trial, included the Tribunals.

Jurors must be chosen at random from eligible voters. Jury duty must become the highest and most important duty to which a citizen can be called. Jurors must be compensated equal to their regular income that they have lost because of their service  Criminals must be required to work during their incarcerations to pay for their upkeep and the cost of their trial. Any who will not work must not be allowed to eat. Jurors must be able to question all witness, and all answers could and should be recorded for play back during the jury deliberations. When convicted of crimes, criminals must repay the financial gains of their crimes and the cost of their trials to the people. The cost of criminal behavior must become as hard upon the criminals as upon his victims. The verdict of the jury would be final, and if an appeal was made to a higher court, the court would be composed of the same composition of three judges and a jury. In cases appealed to the Supreme Court the justices themselves would make up the jury, and the tribunal would consist of three judges chosen from the tribunals that had already heard the case. The verdict of the Supreme court would apply only to that case, and if there were a plurality among the judges that believed a new law was needed or an old law modified or struck down, they would notify the President who would then be bound to make the proposed changes to the law before congress.

WARS AND RUMORS OF WARS

What must we do Militarily?

Next to jury duty, military duty must become the most honorable and sacred way to serve the Christian Mos Maiorum. Compulsory and Universal Military Service must become the norm. Every competent person, having attained to 19 years of age, or having completed the twelfth grade, must serve three years in the Military before becoming eligible for any office funded by public money, state or federal, and that includes positions in the school systems and local police forces. Any person who opts out of this service can do so only at the expense of being forever afterward disqualified from holding any office or position of public trust. All police forces must become incorporated together with Federal Law enforcement and the military. The hazards of life in the world today are just too great to worry about living in a police state. Citizens of the Christian Mos Maiorum have nothing to fear from a police state under the Lordship of Jesus Christ. Those who do not wish to live under the Lord Ship of Jesus Christ must be taught that they are then asking to live under the Lordship of the Dragon. We must become the greatest Military Power the World has ever known, not for the purpose conquest, but for the purpose of protecting the Christian Mos Maiorum from the attacks of the Kingdom of the Dragon. We must show those nations who wish to share in this vision that they will never have a better friend than America, and those who wish to destroy us must be shown that they will never have a swifter, more decisive, and more overwhelming foe.

The War in the Middle East

The best way to fight this war depends upon what we hope to accomplish. Given the present lack of character of the American People, and their inability to suffer any form of self sacrifice, I do not think we can stay long enough to establish a real victory for Democracy any where in the Middle East at present. (I previously wrote this section over five years ago and today I am modifying it. The print is black ink is a current modification as of Oct. 23, 2008.) We are close to electing a President who has promised to pull the military force out of Iraq. Today the vast majority of American troops have not fired a weapon in anger in over one year. Many interpret this as a sign that the surge has worked, and that is true as far as it goes. But the problem is that it is a forced democracy by a feeble government that truly fears to allow religious freedom in that country for they know that the majority of Moslems will ultimately abandon Islam for either Christianity or Secularism when both are free to spread. When America leaves before two or three generations of Iraqis have been raised up to believe that all Humans have the right to freely choose their religion, their government, and their careers, civil war will eventually break out once more in Iraq, and the cost of going back in will be much greater monetarily and in American lives. Many of the people in that region simply do not want anyone but their own brand of Islam to be free. In Iraq there are three factors who each want the other two dead. The smartest thing we can do would be to arm the Christian Kurds, and tell Turkey (Togarmah, in Ez. 38) to live with it. We should tell Russia, Iran, Ethiopia, and Libya to read the 38th Chapter of Ezekiel and stay so close to home as to be invisible. It is a pipe dream to think that we can establish a western style democracy any where in that region without a long term military presence. It will take at least twenty years, possibly more, to establish a Democratic Republic in Iraq. Any plans for establishing a Republic in any nation that has been under the control of tyrants should be modeled using the lessons learned in South Korea. The cease fire in South Korea was declared in July of 1953 and the United States still maintains and armed force at the border between South Korea and North Korea. But in the ensuing years, after overcoming some initial governmental corruption, the Republic of Korea (South Korea) is one of the most stable nations in the world economically, politically, and religiously. Christianity has flowered in South Korea just as Jesus said it would when the Gospel is freed to be declared openly in all public arenas. Democracy only works in Christian cultures. We must learn that truth and live by it. We assumed that the people in Iraq were rational, and that they would respond to being freed from tyranny with a love of democracy because we did not then, and do not now, understand the truth about either democracy or Islamic culture.

When we destroyed the political force that was holding these factions in check in Iraq, we opened her borders to the foreign supporters of each faction of Islam inside Iraq to begin a civil war, not for Iraq, but for their own brand of Islamic culture. Our policies thus far have had the effect of arming the two opposing factions of Islam to compete for the heart of the Nation of Iraq while leaving most of the Kurds out in the cold, so to speak.

In America most of us, (except for one of our 2008 Presidential Candidates and those who think like him) think of ourselves as Americans. Islamic people do not think like that. For the most part they do not think of themselves as being citizens of any nation, nor do they care anything about the nation of which they are apart. They care only for the religion of which they are a part. There is hardly even a modicum of peace between the factions of Islam in the entire region, much less between all of Islam and the rest of the world. Each separate Islamic faction in that region is determined to spread its own brand of Islam into all other regions. Most of them do not care how many people and cultures must be destroyed in that process.

The only quick and permanent way to win this war is to wipe that entire region off the face of the earth: destroy them utterly as prescribed in Deut. 7:2. Turn the region into polished glass. If you think that is not Christ like you have not read the Back of the Book. But, since most Americans have neither the stomach nor the will for such an action, our only other option is to separate ourselves as far as possible from them. They should be isolated, economically, politically, and religiously from the rest of the World, but that is not likely to happen because Russia (Biblically called, Gog, Magog, Meshech and Tubal), Germany (Biblically called Gomer), Iran (Biblically called Persia), Ethiopia, Libya, and Turkey (Biblically called Togarmah) all have deeply selfish interests in the region. Therefore, we must insulate ourselves from them culturally and use the power of our markets and the protection of our military to attempt to open each of those nations to the economic, religious, and political freedom of a Christ Centered Democracy to once again spread the Gospel in those places. Whether we succeed or not will be determined by the Holy Spirit, but we will at least be in His Service in trying.

THE COMING WAR WITH THE KINGDOM OF THE DRAGON

From the prophetical perspective, the coming war with the Kingdom of the Dragon is already upon us. It began on November 4, 1979 with the Iranian Hostage Crisis, and it will end when the Lord Jesus Christ returns to earth and destroys the Kingdom of the Dragon. In between those two events the United States will either be destroyed by natural disasters that are the result of God’s judgment upon us for forsaking the Lord Jesus Christ as the head of our culture, or with our defeat in Jerusalem at the hands of the Antichrist just before the return of Jesus Christ. I hope and pray that it is the latter case, and there is some scriptural support for this hope.

Zech. 8:7 Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Behold, I will save my people from the east country, and from the west country; 8 And I will bring them, and they shall dwell in the midst of Jerusalem: and they shall be my people, and I will be their God , in truth and in righteousness.

In this verse God tells Zechariah that he will save his people from two countries. One from the east, and one from the west. The only country due west Israel that is not a part of the Kingdom of the Dragon is the United States of America. While that may be a stretch of scripture to some, it seems to me to be entirely applicable in light of other scripture, discussed previously in earlier articles, which I believe points to the United States being ordained by God to be his instrument in spreading the Gospel.

What Must We Do Economically?

The first economic imperative is a sound medium for financial exchange. The Fiat Money we use today is killing us, and the rest of the world with us. We must return to the Silver standard, and return the power to coin money to the Congress as required in the Constitution. We must close the Federal Reserve. We confiscate the wealth of the Federal Bankers which has been stolen from the middle classes of the world, and send the Federal Reserve conspirators to prison for life without hope of parole. Then we must set the standard value of the Silver dollar to equally the daily wage of what is necessary for one working man to provide the necessities and comforts of life for a family and have enough left over to provide investment savings for the future. Once established in this fashion, the reason for all past failures of Fiat Money systems will be eliminated and the value of the dollar will never need to again be changed. We must close down the IRS and end the Income Tax.

To accomplish the work for which Jehovah created us, we must become the foremost economic power in the history of the world. The only way to accomplish this is to understand the Godly imperative that Capitalism under the control of Jesus is to spread over the earth. Americans must all come to share in the vision of a market place that is not for personal wealth, but for world need. We must make the market places of Capitalism subject to the Christian Mos Maiorum. Americans must come to understand that the reason for this is not to make them personally wealthy, but to eliminate poverty, pestilence, disease, famine, and hunger in the world.

Cheap energy is the first requisite for profitable commerce. Cheap, high grade vegetable oils that can be turned into hydrocarbon products can be produced from algae infinitely better than they can from corn, palm, etc. Go to http://www.valcent.net/i/misc/Vertigro/index.html to watch the video. This resource must become a part of any solution to the energy crises we are now in.

We must provide public money to support the development of the recent discoveries that energy can be harnessed and used by: 1) burning Hydrogen derived from water (watch the video), burning hydrogen derived from Salt Water and radio frequency transmission waves (watch the video), and the even more economical magnetic engine (go to the web page). Until these resources are developed, Nuclear Power is, at present, the cheapest way to generate electricity. It can become even cheaper if its use becomes widespread. The more nuclear plants that are put in operation the better, cheaper, and more reliable they will become. Nuclear power can be extremely safe when built and operated by people who are committed to a vision, such as were the Navy contractors, civil servants, and sailors who were committed to making nuclear power work to power the war ships of America. I propose that the same thing can happen at a fraction of the cost to provide electrical energy to fuel the commerce of the Christian Capitalism that will rid the world of poverty, famine, hunger, disease, and pestilence.

Therefore, we must immediately begin building nuclear powered electrical generation plants in the regions where shale”oil has been discovered beneath the Rocky Mountains. We must use the high pressure steam from these plants to generate electricity and the low pressure residual exhaust heat to extract the oil from the shale in which it is trapped. We must also develop electrically powered trains capable of attaining 200 plus miles per hour using electricity generated by nuclear power. We must build secure railway corridors that crisscross the nation near major population centers in much the same fashion as the interstate highway system now does. We must grow up as a people and learn to accept some risk and responsibility for our survival as a culture and a nation. We must believe that God is with us, and that no one can stand against us. If tragedy strikes because of man’s failures we must understand that it is far better for one to die in this cause than to live to a hundred having done nothing in the service of God and Country.

We must continue to develop better coal powered technology to also generate electricity and steam. We must develop ways to produce ethanol from such waste land scrub fiber as the prickly pear cactus, the Mesquite tree, and scrub oaks. We must build ourselves into the most powerful and dedicated economic power on Earth by discovering the power of a market place under the control of Jesus Christ to provide for the needs of humanity. The quickest and most uniformly fair way to accomplish this is for the government to become not only an advocate but an entrepreneur in the market place. By this I mean that American Government must invest in American Commerce on behalf of American Taxpayers in order to develop the energy sources and transportation routes necessary to build and maintain the American Economy. Every taxpayer must then share in the profits of the markets in proportion to their tax burden. (Oct. 2008 update - Many people have said that the economic bailout of the Financial Systems in America in the latter part of 2008 smacked of socialism. However, if the Government merely remains as an investor in the markets with no more power over the markets than any other investor, then this could be the greatest thing that ever happened to American Economics from the stand point of righteousness -- if the American Tax Payers will, at the same time, realize that the governments investment upon their behalf must direct the markets toward expansion for eliminating poverty, famine, pestilence, disease, etc; all over the earth.)

American energy and labor has to once again not only become competitive in the world markets but must overwhelm them. The only way to accomplish that is for the markets to realize that a person’s labor is as much of an investment in a business as someone else’s capital. Labor and Capital must be united to share in the profits of the market place in proportion to their investments.

We must develop a system in which government subsidies in the private sector cease and instead are used as investments in those markets just the same as any other investor. The notion that government should not compete in the markets of the private sector is a sound one. But there is nothing amiss with the government becoming an investor in publicly owned, capital ventures on behalf of the people it governs. Such investments would be on the behalf of American tax payers who would receive stock in a mutual fund made up from all companies and corporations in which the government has invested. Such things as the aforementioned rail system, the nuclear power electrical industry, ethanol production, etc. should be prime targets for government investment on behalf of the American Taxpayer. Those on active duty in the military should be given special consideration in the amount of stock they receive in this mutual fund. Likewise those in harm’s way, military and civilian should be given additional compensation from these stocks. Of course, those administering such trusts would be held to the aforementioned standards of conduct in a public trust.

Likewise, the Church, both as individuals and as organizations, must become investors in the market place. Some are doing so now to provide retirement funs for the leadership of their members. Participation such as this is notable but not remarkable. The church must become controllers in the market places through investments, both as individuals and fellowships. that direct the markets toward accomplishing the purpose for which Jesus Christ has blessed their existence.

The scriptures are very clear that the system I have described here must either be put to use for Jesus Christ and His Kingdom, or they will used by Antichrist for his kingdom. The default condition is the latter case, and if we are to delay the judgments that follow the complete corruption of Babylon the Great, we must understand that it requires pro-active effort on the part of the church to bring every high thing that exalts itself against Jesus Christ under subjection to His rule.

When all hope of this happening is gone, Judgment follows.
